Position Overview
We are seeking a relationship-driven Wealth Advisor to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering financial planning and investment advice, and driving new business development across the GTA. This role offers the opportunity to work with an established client base while continuing to build and expand a personal portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide investment, retirement, and financial planning advice.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct client reviews and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Build tailored wealth strategies aligned with clients' objectives.
- Monitor market trends and communicate relevant insights to clients.
- Collaborate with internal partners to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and industry requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or investment sales.
- Completion of industry licensing requirements.
- Proven track record in relationship management and business development.
- Strong understanding of investment and financial planning concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional designation (CFP, PFP, CIM, CFA, etc.) is an asset.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
