Who We Are Not just built for today. Building for tomorrow. DIRTT is a global leader in industrialized construction. Our system of physical products and digital tools empowers organizations—alongside construction and design leaders—to build high-performing, adaptable interior environments. Operating across workplace, healthcare, education, and public sector markets, DIRTT provides total design freedom and greater certainty in cost, schedule, and outcomes. We are a highly motivated group of people who work hard, have fun, and respect one another. We value entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and collaboration, empowering our people to challenge the status quo and make a meaningful impact. Who You Are As the Project Manager, you'll coordinate product-related initiatives through DIRTT's product roadmap framework, primarily across Phases 2–6. Working closely with task owners and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll establish project timelines, coordinate gate reviews, and ensure alignment across business units. What You'll Do You'll oversee the day-to-day management of initiatives as they progress through development, facilitating communication between departments, identifying risks, and resolving roadblocks that could impact delivery commitments. Your work will help ensure projects move efficiently from planning through completion while maintaining visibility, accountability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project management tools, software, and documentation to support project tracking, accountability, and timely delivery.

  • Coordinate with NPI representatives across Product Development, Operations, Commercial, Technology, and other business units to ensure cross-functional alignment.

  • Establish expectations, communicate project requirements, and gather feedback from all teams involved.

  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to support prioritization of New Product Introduction (NPI), Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), Management of Change (MOC), and End-of-Life (EOL) initiatives.

  • Improve cross-departmental visibility, communication, and collaboration through effective project management processes.

  • Identify project risks, resource constraints, process gaps, and roadblocks, implementing solutions to support successful delivery.

  • Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and progress reports to leadership.

  • Maintain and continuously improve documentation, templates, and tools related to the NPI process.

  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and gate reviews with task owners to maintain project momentum and meet agreed-upon commitments.

  • Additional duties may be assigned that are reasonably related to the role. Responsibilities may be adjusted or reprioritized in response to evolving business needs, technology, and organizational priorities, while maintaining alignment with the overall scope, purpose, and responsibilities of the position.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen project execution, resource coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

What's Required
  • 5+ years of project management experience.

  • 4+ years of technical design experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment would be preferred, including exposure to change management and ISO processes. 3+ years of experience collaborating with manufacturing and their systems would be beneficial.

  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes, understand broader system impacts, and develop effective solutions.

  • Understanding of hardware development processes and experience working within both Waterfall and Agile development environments are considered assets.

  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where collaboration, accountability, and proactive communication are valued.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide direction, influence stakeholders, and mentor team members while encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.

What's In It for You
  • A competitive base salary plus a variable pay (bonus) program.
  • An on-site cafeteria with coffee, soft drinks, continental breakfast, hot lunches, snacks, and more.
  • Eligibility to participate in DIRTT's Employee Share Purchase Plan.
  • Fulsome employer-paid health benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage plus life, critical illness, and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.
