Anodizing Line Operator

We are seeking an experienced Anodizing Line Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with anodizing processes and be responsible for operating and maintaining the anodizing line to ensure high-quality metal finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate anodizing line equipment for aluminum or metal parts
• Prepare parts for anodizing (cleaning, racking, masking)
• Monitor chemical baths, temperatures, and processing times
• Ensure proper coating thickness and finish quality
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks
• Maintain chemical levels and report any issues
• Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist with loading and unloading materials

Requirements:

• Previous experience with anodizing line or metal finishing
• Knowledge of anodizing processes and chemicals
• Ability to read work orders and specifications
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit (lifting, standing for long periods)
• Understanding of workplace safety practices
