Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Milling & Lathe Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and setting
up CNC machines and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Lathe and Milling machines

• Set up machines and perform adjustments as required

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• Inspect finished parts to maintain quality standards

Primary Skills:

• CNC Lathe Operation

• CNC Milling Machine Operation

• Machine Setup & Tooling

• Blueprint Reading & Interpretation

• Quality Inspection & Measurement Tools (calipers, micrometers)

• Independent Machine Operation

Secondary Skills:

• Basic CNC Programming (G-code knowledge)

• Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving

• Knowledge of Safety Standards & Procedures

• Time Management & Multitasking

• Team Collaboration & Communication

• Preventive Machine Maintenance

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in CNC machining (Lathe & Milling)

• Strong knowledge of machine setup and operation

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred)

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to workplace safety
