Solution Architect - Salesforce

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to support a large-scale Salesforce and contact center transformation initiative.

• Strong experience with large-scale Salesforce transformation projects
• Expertise in:
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce PSS
  • Salesforce Knowledge
• Experience with call center/contact center transformation
• Strong solution architecture and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agentic AI technologies or Salesforce Agentforce is a plus

• Lead Salesforce solution design and architecture
• Work with business and technical teams to define scalable solutions
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices
• Support enterprise CRM and customer service transformation initiatives
