Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Window/Door Assembler & Glazier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assembling, fitting, and glazing windows and doors, along with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and install windows and doors according to specifications and drawings
Measure, cut, and fit glass panels with precision and safety
Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for assembly and glazing
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and proper alignment
Handle materials safely, including heavy lifting when required
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in window/door assembling or glazing
Proficiency with hand and power tools
CNC experience is an asset
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must be able to provide work-related references
Chinese-speaking candidates preferred
