Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions.
  • Proficient in SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, validation, and performance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data integration, and data quality processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions using Snowflake and DBT.
  • Perform complex data extraction, transformation, and validation using SQL.
  • Optimize data performance and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Python programming experience.
  • P&C Insurance domain knowledge.
  • Understanding of end-to-end data architecture, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, and consumption layers.
  • Exposure to data modeling, data warehousing, and reporting/analytics ecosystems.
