Senior Software Developer - ETL

Requirement/Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience in IT software development and testing.
• 5+ years of experience integrating various systems, especially with Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations).
• 2+ years configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement security models.
• Strong skills in Azure technologies: Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, PowerCandidatell, Azure CLI.
• Strong SQL and Dataverse experience.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of integration tools such as APIs, DataVerse, and Data Entities.
• Experience in test plan creation, execution of manual/automated tests, and maintaining traceability documentation.

Experience:

• XXgning, developing, and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Performing manual and automated testing of integrations.
• Planning and executing system integrations with internal/external sources.
• Developing secure processes for data transfer via sFTP, APIs, Power Platform, Logic Apps.
• Implementing encryption/decryption processes in Azure.
• Using version control tools like Azure Repos and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Working with tools like SQL Server Candidateagement Studio, XRM Toolbox.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure accuXX and comprehensive testing of integrations and system functionality.
• CollaboXX with stakeholders to embed testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Support integration development for internal and external systems.
• Optimize Dynamics 365 configurations for seamless system integration.
• Develop documentation and support UAT activities.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and support audit requirements.

Should Have:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for integration and performance issues.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a government or regulated environment.
• Ability to manage deliverables and meet project milestones independently.
