Required Skill Set:
• Own end-to-end program management for APIC to cloud migration projects.
• Define migration strategy, roadmap, and timelines in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams.
• Manage stakeholder communication, governance, and reporting at executive levels.
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and security during migration.
• Coordinate across multiple teams (API developers, cloud engineers, QA, operations) to ensure smooth execution.
• Drive resource planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Ensure adherence to Agile DevOps practices and continuous delivery principles.
• Track progress using program dashboards and provide regular updates to leadership.
Desired Skill Sets:
• Qualifications Proven experience as Program Manager in cloud migration or API modernization programs.
• Strong knowledge of IBM API Connect (APIC) and API lifecycle management.
• Expertise in AWS cloud platform and migration methodologies.
• Familiarity with CICD pipelines, DevOps, and API security standards (OAuth, JWT).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
