Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing, real estate law practices, title insurance, and related procedures.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in business development, insurance sales, or legal real estate.
- Excellent relationship building, customer service, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel as needed.
