What You'll Do

• Assist with setting up temporary work zones.
• Guide and direct traffic safely through work zones.
• Stay alert to changing traffic conditions and approaching hazards.
• Alert crew members to potential dangers.
• Communicate clearly with crew members and follow safety procedures.

What You'll Need

• Valid provincial Traffic Control Person certification is an asset. Applicants without certification are welcome to apply; training is provided.
• Steel-toe safety boots.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and punctuality.
• Clear communication skills, attentiveness, and a commitment to safety.
• A respectful, cooperative approach and willingness to follow instructions.
