Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time Pay: $18–$20 per hour Location: Guelph, Ontario

Macho Movers Inc. is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team in Guelph.

As an Office Administrator, you will be an important part of our day-to-day operations, helping coordinate moving jobs, communicate with customers and moving crews, and keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Schedule and coordinate moving jobs and crews
Communicate with customers before, during, and after their moves
Completing in-home assessments for quotes
Prepare estimates, invoices, and other documents
Maintain accurate storage, customer, and job records
Confirm upcoming moves and appointments
Coordinate with drivers and moving crews
Process payments and assist with basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks
Address customer questions and concerns professionally
Maintain organized office files and records
Assist with general office duties and other tasks as needed

Qualifications

Previous office administration or customer service experience is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
Comfortable using computers, email, Quickbooks, and other basic software
Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience in the moving, transportation, and logistics industry is an asset
