Sales Assistant – New Home Builder

South Calgary | Part-Time | $20–$25/hour + potential bonuses

We are looking for a professional, personable Sales Assistant to join our new home sales team in South Calgary.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in serving, hospitality, retail, customer service or sales who is looking to move into a more professional career environment and develop valuable sales and client relationship skills.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers visiting our showhomes. Your primary role is to create a welcoming experience, build rapport with visitors, understand their needs and ensure they receive a high level of service.

You will work alongside an experienced Area Sales Manager and, at times, independently in the showhome, so confidence, initiative and professionalism are important.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective homebuyers visiting the showhome
• Build genuine rapport and create a positive customer experience
• Ask questions and learn about clients' needs, preferences and timelines
• Provide information about the homes, community and builder
• Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain customer relationships
• Keep the showhome clean, organized and presentation-ready
• Assist the Area Sales Manager with day-to-day sales activities and administration
• Accurately record visitor information and customer interactions
• Work independently and take ownership of the showhome when required

• Has previous experience in serving, hospitality, retail, customer service or sales

Schedule

Monday: 2:00–8:00 PM
Tuesday: 2:00–8:00 PM
Thursday: 2:00–8:00 PM
Saturday/Sunday: 12:00–5:00 PM

Approximately 28 hours per week
