We are currently looking to hire an IAM Support Engineer – ETL & Data Modeling to join KeyData Cyber's Managed Services team. In this role, you will provide Level 2 support for our customers' IAM programs, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ETL, SQL, data integration, data modelling, and IAM applications. In this role, you will be a part of a global team that provides 24x7 support to help customers with their IAM Program. You'll troubleshoot technical problems for customers with a mix of debugging, networking, system administration, updating documentation, and when needed, coding/scripting. Our Managed Services teams are focused and dedicated to the customers, and you will help drive the success of the IAM program by understanding and advocating for our customers' issues. This role requires you to work in a shift pattern or non-standard work hours as required depending on the project's needs. This may include weekend work.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL, SQL, data integration, and data-related production issues within defined SLAs.
- Work with data modelling, data mapping, transformation, validation, and data quality to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with connected application, infrastructure, and IAM teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to minimize recurring issues and improve system performance.
- Manage incidents and escalations from Tier 1 support and service teams, ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop or enhance ETL processes, scripts, integrations, and data workflows as required.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing across the Managed Services team.
- Participate in on-call, shift, and weekend support as required by the project.
- Enhance and customize existing connectors to optimize performance and functionality.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ETL, data integration, data engineering, or data-focused application support.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data modelling.
- Experience troubleshooting complex data-related issues in production environments.
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, loading, data mapping, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Some experience working with IAM/Identity and Access Management concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux basic administration/commands and Tomcat 9.0 is preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application in a support environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM platforms.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ certification.
- Experience developing or supporting SailPoint connectors/plugins.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, or PowerShell.
- Experience supporting enterprise IAM applications and integrations.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is CAD $52,000 – $70,000. The final base salary offered will be determined based on the candidate's experience, overall fit for the role, and expected ramp-up time.
