Receptionist

Pay Rate: $17.95 per hour

Carloft Kingston is looking for a professional, customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. If you enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.

This role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of a growing team while gaining valuable experience in automotive retail, administration, and customer relations.

• Greet customers, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Provide exceptional customer service to every visitor
• Support dealership administrative functions and daily operations
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with new and used vehicle inventory administration
• Coordinate dealer trades and vehicle documentation
• Maintain CRM records and customer data
• Work collaboratively with sales, service, and accounting teams
• Support various administrative projects as required

• High School Diploma required
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, administrative support, or office coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Experience in an automotive dealership environment is an asset but not required
