Fleet Detailer / Shuttle Driver

Country Hills Ford is looking for a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Fleet Detailer / Shuttle Driver to join our team.

This full-time position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles clean and presentable, enjoys driving, and works well independently. You'll play an important role in supporting our fleet operations by ensuring vehicles are detailed, organized, and transported safely between our fleet location and dealership.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean fleet vehicles to company standards.
• Perform interior and exterior detailing.
• Transport vehicles between our fleet location and dealership.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any damage or maintenance concerns.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for delivery or service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and driving procedures.
