CNC Router Table Operator

We are looking for an experienced CNC Router Table Operator to join an award-winning company in Oakville, specializing in LED Display manufacturing. This is a full-time role, Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Enjoy a 3-day weekend! Pay starts at $21/hour and up, depending on experience.

Duties of the role will include:

• Follow and understand safety procedures and company policies, including the use of personal protective equipment.
• Responsible for the preparation and operation of the CNC router table for production requirements.
• Read and interpret production drawings.
• Prepare and load raw materials (typically sheet aluminum) onto the router table for processing.
• Ability to load and manipulate .dxf file formats using AutoCAD and router software.
• Responsible for optimizing parts layout to maximize yield for a given sheet size and part flat pattern.
• Perform initial tooling set-up and changeovers.
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements.
• Accountable for the deburring of routed components.
• Organize finished goods by grouping and tagging parts by work order number.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance activities on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation of the router.
