• Afternoons: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend Days: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

THE OPPORTUNITY:

STRIVE is currently hiring 15 Warehouse Forklift Operators for a well-established third-party logistics facility in Brantford, ON.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with steady full-time hours and multiple shifts available. We are looking for experienced forklift operators who are comfortable operating Crown Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, or stand-up forklifts in a busy warehouse environment.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 1–3 years of experience operating Crown Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, or stand-up forklifts
• Warehouse or distribution experience
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic computer skills and experience using RF scanners/MRP systems is an asset
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

THE ROLE:

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping daily warehouse and distribution operations running safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely operate Crown Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, Walkie Riders, and other material handling equipment
• Load and unload trailers and inspect shipments for damage
• Complete shipping and receiving activities
• Verify goods against invoices and report shortages or damaged products
• Operate RF scanners to accurately track inventory and shipments
• Perform narrow-aisle order picking
• Prepare and stage shipments according to daily schedules and instructions
• Ensure accurate labeling, scanning, and documentation
• Maintain organized storage and stock areas
• Assist with inventory counts and audits
• Support receiving and other warehouse functions as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
• Perform other warehouse duties as required
