  • Support members on their wealth journey through goals-based planning and investment advice, assessing financial objectives, investment knowledge, and risk tolerance to recommend suitable solutions aligned with ACU Wealth's approved product shelf, with a primary focus on NEI Investments mutual funds.
  • Utilize NEI planning tools and calculators to provide basic planning guidance that supports members in achieving their financial goals.
  • Support members in developing strong financial habits through education, goals-based planning conversations, and ongoing advice tailored to their evolving needs and objectives.
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met by maintaining current Know Your Client (KYC) and Know Your Product (KYP) information, conducting ongoing suitability assessments, and ensuring investment recommendations remain appropriate as member circumstances evolve.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through additional contributions, investment consolidation opportunities, and asset transfers from external financial institutions.
  • Identify and refer members within ACU Wealth, ACU Wealth Strategies, retail and business banking partners as appropriate.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Qtrade Direct Investing and Qtrade Guided Portfolios to identify opportunities and facilitate referrals to digital wealth solutions when appropriate.
  • Maintain current knowledge of financial markets, industry trends and basic taxation considerations to support quality member advice.
  • Actively contribute to the success of the Wealth Foundations team by identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen team-based service delivery, enhance member servicing, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Model ACU's commitment to rural and agricultural communities, francophone services, values-based banking, diversity, equity and inclusion, and a respectful workplace, while acting as an ambassador for ACU Wealth within the organization and community.
