ABOUT US

STRIVE is a specialist recruitment firm offering proactive recruitment solutions in the areas of Accounting & Finance, Corporate Administration, Manufacturing Operations, and Technology. THE ROLE

We are partnering with a well-established Canadian industrial equipment company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and servicing of overhead crane and material handling systems to find a New Equipment Estimator & Production Planner for their Scarborough operation.

Reporting directly to the President, this role is approximately 60% estimating and 40% production/project coordination.

Working closely with the Shop Foreman, Project Manager, welders, and engineers, you will help bring structure and clarity to the division and keep projects moving.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator or technical professional who is confident reading drawings, working with numbers, solving problems, and bringing organization to a fast-changing environment.
