What You Will Do With Us

As a Warehouse Associate based in Delta, BC, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

• Receive and palletize goods, pick, pack, and ship branch and customer orders.
• Prepare and stack pallets, sort freight, and verify goods received.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

How You Will Thrive With Us

• You will make a personal impact by processing and preparing orders using mobile devices, including bills of lading, shipping invoices, and freight costs.
• You will receive and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments and correctly enter incoming inventory into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• You will maintain a clean and organized work environment utilizing 5S principles.
• You will be a Brand Ambassador by building brand recognition while enhancing customer experiences and consistently ensuring that our corporate image is reflected.

Who Are You

• You have Grade 12 education (or equivalent).
• You have a minimum of one (1) year of related experience.
• You have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience (Reach truck, order picker) would be an asset.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 50,000 - 65,000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel's total rewards package.
