Phipps Desserts & Wholesale Company is looking for an experienced Baker / Cake Decorator to join our team!
This is a Monday–Friday position with no weekend shifts required.
We are specifically looking for someone who has experience with both baking and cake decorating, including buttercream cakes, piping, writing, borders, cake finishing, and custom designs.
What we're looking for:
- Previous baking and cake decorating experience
- Strong piping and cake finishing skills
- Comfortable following inspiration photos and creating custom designs
- Creative, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment
- Available for in-person work at our Toronto bakery
- Available Monday–Friday
