Jubilee Ford, part of the Wyant Group, is looking for an F&I Specialist to join our team in Saskatoon. We're looking for someone who understands that finance isn't just about numbers—it's about building trust, finding the right solutions, and helping customers feel confident about one of the biggest purchases they'll make.
What You'll Do
As an F&I Specialist, you'll play an important role in the customer journey from vehicle selection through delivery. You'll work with customers to arrange financing and leasing while introducing them to products that can provide additional protection and peace of mind throughout their ownership experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Guide customers through financing and leasing options, working with a variety of lenders to find solutions that fit their needs
Present and explain extended warranties, vehicle protection plans, GAP insurance, appearance protection, tire and rim protection and other F&I products
Help customers understand the value and benefits of available protection products and make informed decisions based on their individual needs
Build strong relationships with customers and provide a professional, transparent and comfortable F&I experience
Work closely with the Sales Team and Management to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle purchase to delivery
Accurately complete finance, insurance and vehicle documentation while maintaining compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements
Maintain strong relationships with lenders, insurers and product providers
Stay up to date on current finance programs, manufacturer incentives, warranties, insurance products and dealership offerings
Achieve department goals while maintaining a customer-first approach
What We're Looking For
Previous automotive F&I experience preferred
Previous automotive sales experience in a dealership environment
Strong understanding of automotive financing and leasing
Experience or familiarity with warranties, insurance and vehicle protection products
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
A professional, confident and personable approach
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A strong work ethic and a desire to build a long-term career in the automotive industry
