We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Revit Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in building design and Revit to create detailed and accurate drawings that are pivotal to our engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Excellence: Develop and produce detailed mark-ups, drawings and BIM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, and consultants to gather project requirements and incorporate feedback to deliver high quality drawing packages and BIM.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest products, standards and industry trends to continually enhance building functionality and efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and thorough project documentation, including revisions, specifications, and version control.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–4 years of design experience in mechanical building design, along with proven experience in Revit drafting in a professional setting.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ASHRAE, HVAC, piping and plumbing codes is essential. Familiarity with Revit is desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in mark-ups, documentation and drafting.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
