Order Picker

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick, assemble, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Follow all Health and Safety procedures and workplace policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with other warehouse team members.
• Follow written instructions and complete tasks accurately.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset, but not required - full training provided.
• Pallet jack and forklift experience is an asset, but not required - full training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Proven track record of reliability and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CSA-approved steel-toe footwear required.
