About the Role We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to help expand our presence across the North American healthcare market.
This is a senior, full-cycle enterprise sales role focused on building relationships with major health systems, navigating complex buying environments, and converting strategic opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
You'll own the sales process from prospecting through close and work directly with the leadership team on high-priority opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority health systems across North America.
- Build qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, industry events, strategic partnerships, and targeted outreach.
- Identify and map technical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders within target accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare IT leaders and C-suite executives.
- Lead complex enterprise opportunities from discovery and value articulation through presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close.
- Develop internal champions and executive sponsorship to move opportunities forward.
- Partner with marketing on account-based campaigns, events, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data.
- Share customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights with Techio leadership.
- Consistently achieve or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of successful enterprise sales experience selling complex technology solutions, software, or managed services.
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding measurable pipeline and revenue targets.
- Experience selling into health systems is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of healthcare IT buying processes, hospital organizational structures, and complex enterprise procurement.
- An established network of healthcare IT leaders is highly desirable.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional persistence, confidence without ego, and strong business judgment.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, healthcare administration, technology, or a related field preferred. Exceptional enterprise sales experience will also be considered.
