Spa Manager

Beauty Incubator Recruitment is currently working with a luxury spa who are looking for a Spa Manager to provide support to the Spa Director at one of Southern Ontario's leading hotel spas. The successful candidate will thrive on providing genuine and thoughtful service, have exceptional customer service skills, be passionate about the spa world and will be knowledgeable about current spa trends.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Work alongside the spa director in supervising, managing, and developing the spa team.

• Manage the spa and fitness center in the absence of the spa director.

• Monitor team schedule/shift changes, days off and vacation times.

• Assist in onboarding new hires

• Optimizing profits by controlling costs

• Monitor inventory and generate necessary purchase requisitions.

• The ability to assist in tracking and developing statistical reporting.

• Practices exceptional customer service skills and ensures that all team members are doing the same.

• Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with all spa employees.

• Organize and attend training sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a spa manager in a luxury spa
