Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker with hands-on experience in roofing, flooring, painting, and general repairs. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and completes tasks safely and efficiently.

• Carry out roofing repairs, installation, and maintenance as assigned

• Prepare floor surfaces and install, replace, or repair flooring

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes

• Apply paint and other finishes neatly and evenly

• Complete general property repairs and maintenance tasks

• Measure, cut, and prepare materials accurately

• Use hand tools and power tools safely and appropriately

• Keep work areas clean and organized and remove debris after completing tasks

• Follow instructions and complete assigned work within agreed timelines

• Communicate work progress, repair needs, and safety concerns to management

• Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment

• Physically demanding work involving lifting and carrying materials

• Standing, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive tasks

• Working indoors and outdoors

• Working on ladders or at heights with appropriate training and safety equipment

• Maintaining attention to detail while completing tasks efficiently
