Accountant

As an Accountant, you will contribute to the financial health of our organization by managing essential accounting tasks including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax preparation. Working within a small team of 2-5 members, you will utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate records, support audits, and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial reports and assist with budgeting processes
• Manage tax preparation and related documentation
• Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently
• Maintain the general ledger and support auditing activities
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations
• Conduct financial analysis to aid decision-making
• Manage invoice processing and tracking

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Knowledge of tax preparation processes
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Quick Books
