Hybrid Bilingual CSR

We have French-bilingual CSR hybrid roles based in Barrie! This is a great opportunity if you enjoy helping customers find solutions, working in a structured environment, and being part of a company that values teamwork and professionalism.

Hybrid position: 3 days a week in office and training in office for the first 30 days.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers by phone, email, and written correspondence to discuss and resolve outstanding balances
• Use your French and English language skills daily when speaking with customers and working with internal teams
• Work with customers to set up realistic and compliant payment arrangements
• Keep account details up to date by accurately documenting interactions and actions taken

Requirements:

• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
• At least 1 year of bilingual customer service or call centre experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Comfort using standard computer applications
