Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance
• Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and maintenance on machines using hand tools and power tools
• Load raw materials into machines accurately and efficiently, adhering to production schedules
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including warehouse spaces
• Assist with assembly tasks as needed, following detailed instructions and specifications
• Document production data accurately, including machine settings, output quantities, and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while adhering to quality standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a general labourer in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical problems
• Familiarity with assembly processes and use of hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability
