We are looking for an experienced Pipe Foreman to join a busy heavy civil construction team in the Muskoka area.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with underground servicing and pipe installation and be comfortable leading a crew on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate pipe crews on site
- Oversee underground water, sewer and storm installations
- Read and interpret construction drawings and site plans
- Manage line, grade and elevations
- Coordinate equipment, materials and daily site activities
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to specification
- Support and mentor less experienced members of the crew
- Work closely with Site Supervisors and other site teams
What We're Looking For
- Strong Pipe / underground servicing experience
- Experience installing water, sewer and storm systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong understanding of line and grade
- Heavy civil construction experience
- Strong leadership and crew-management skills
- Hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the crew
- Heavy equipment operating experience is an asset
- Procore experience is an asset
- Strong commitment to site safety and quality
