We are looking for Moving Crew Members that want to join a moving company that goes above and beyond in all ways. Our ideal candidate would need to be open to improvements, versatile and interested in growing into the best version of themselves they can be.

We're looking for experienced movers who know what they're doing, whether you've been with another moving company, just relocated to Edmonton, or you're the best mover on your current crew and not getting paid like it. As a Foreman you'll lead and work alongside your crew, run on-site operations, and make sure every job is done to the estimate's scope, our safety standards, and the customer's satisfaction. • $24+/hr, based on experience
• Plus tips (crew average $200–$250/week)
• Plus up to $15 for every 5-star review you earn

• Manage crew assignments, workflow and pace throughout the move
• Physical labour: move with your crew and take the lead on difficult or heavy items
• Verify inventory accuracy and note any changes for billing adjustments
• Communicate directly with the customer on site
• Document job progress in real time in our company software
• Act as the primary on-site leader and the link between crew, customer and dispatch
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly and escalate to the Operations Manager when needed
• Confirm all paperwork and signatures are complete before leaving
• Ensure property protection, time management and professionalism at all times

• At least a year of experience in professional moving, at any company, anywhere
• At least a year of experience in leadership / managing a crew of people
• A valid Class 5 driver's licence
• Able to lift, push and pull 100 lbs+ repeatedly
• Okay with a driving record and criminal background check, plus a drug screen

• Ability to lead a team
• Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take control
• Good communication skills
• Experience in leadership
• Physical labor experience required
• Air brake (Q) endorsement
• 5-ton driving experience

• Start time: generally 7:00 AM, working until the job is complete
• Saturdays: our busiest day, and the day customers tip the most

3. Moving 1-on-1 class. We walk you through our policies and the moving fundamentals you need.
4. Your first 3 jobs. Paid jobs alongside one of our best Foremen, so you can see us and we can see you.
5. You're hired. Join the team and start moving up: Helper → Driver → Foreman.
