Field Service Technician Bulk Gas Systems
Location: London / Windsor, ON Region (Southwestern Ontario)
Compensation: $39.05/hr (structured progression schedule) + Overtime & Premium Benefits

- Technical Maintenance & Commissioning: Install, troubleshoot, and service bulk gas systems, piping networks, electronic controls, and instrumentation.
- Mechanical & Mechanical Trades Support: Perform specialized pipefitting, welding, and brazing in accordance with technical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate on-site contractors, execute equipment commissioning, and manage work orders using company-issued digital reporting tools.
- Operational Readiness: Complete regular field documentation and participate in an after-hours emergency response rotation.
- Location: Must reside in or near the London or Windsor, ON area.
- Credentials: Post-secondary trade qualification or Journeyman ticket (Electrical, Instrumentation, Refrigeration, Welding, or related industrial trade).
- Experience: 35 years of hands-on industrial field service experience (cryogenic, atmospheric, or compressed gas system experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading complex schematics/blueprints, operating MS Office (Excel), and executing diagnostic troubleshooting independently.
- Physical & Logistics: Valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, comfortable working outdoors, and open to flexible scheduling/overtime as required.
- Starting Rate: $39.05/hour with clear, competency-based wage progression milestones.
