Project Coordinator / Project Manager – Dundas. ON

Salary: $30- $35/ per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3:30 PM

Rockstar Recruiting is hiring a Project Coordinator/ Project Manager to lead a mechanical team based in Dundas, Ontario. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting mechanical installation projects from kickoff through completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced multi-trade mechanical professional who is ready to step off the tools and take on a leadership, coordination, and customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at project startup and completion, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project.
• Address customer concerns, health & safety requirements, and change orders as required.
• Kick off installation projects and provide ongoing support to field crews.
• Coordinate and support mechanical installation work, including piping, ductwork, rigging, and related activities.
• Manage TSSA registration requirements and ensure projects are properly closed out.
• Complete weekly billing, time tracking, and project documentation for installation teams.
• Prepare the team and resources for upcoming projects.
• Arrange rental equipment and other resources as required.
• Coach, mentor, and support members of the mechanical installation team.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain and monitor pipe and material inventory.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working in a mechanical trade, with piping experience
• Experience in a multi-trade mechanical environment is an asset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and standard office/project management software.
• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
• Ability to coach, support, and motivate field personnel.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license.
