Lineman Journeyman/Apprentice

Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team at Peaceline Power LTD. Apprentice and Journeyman positions are available to support the construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground powerline systems. Successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of electricity.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with powerline construction and maintenance tasks.
• Learn and apply industry standards, tools, and techniques.
• Attend and actively participate in apprenticeship training programs.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Provide general support on construction sites, including material handling and site preparation.
• Assist in setting poles, stringing lines, and assembling components.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate and maintain basic tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
• Enrollment or eligibility for enrollment in a certified apprenticeship program or Journeyman Ticket.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Experience in construction or utility work preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to pursue advancement opportunities within the industry.

• Class 1 license preferred.
