Building Cleaner - Near Moncton Airport

ServiceMaster Clean is hiring a Building Cleaner for a building near the "old Moncton Airport". The shift is Monday to Friday after 5:00pm for 6 hours each shift

Duties would be cleaning common areas including lobbies, hallways, lunchrooms, boardrooms, washrooms, office spaces, and stairways, as well as:

• Sanitizing telephones and touch points
• Vacuuming and dusting
• Mopping floors
• Spot cleaning walls, doors, glass
• Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms
• Refilling dispensers
• Managing and ordering stock and inventory
• Emptying garbage and recycling
• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Must be detail oriented, able to fulfill task schedule
• Uphold company policies and safety rules and regulations

Candidate Requirements:

• Be able to work evenings and weekend shifts
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional and friendly attitude and demeanor
• Able to take direction and follow pre-established guidelines
• Attention to details, organized and punctual
• Able to communicate effectively in English to handle complaints and special requests by client
• Possess valid driver's license in good standing and a vehicle
• Be physically capable of lifting, bending, performing some repetitive tasks
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred
• Willing to submit personal information for a Criminal Background Check
