At Dairy Queen, we create smiles for our "Fans." From ice cream treats like Blizzards, sundaes, banana splits, and milkshakes to our custom ice cream cakes to a signature "Fan-food" menu—including burgers, crispy fries, and chicken strips—we are dedicated to making every day a little sweeter. We're looking for friendly Crew Members to join our team who will provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food for our "Fans".

Crew Members Responsibilities

• Food & Treat Preparation: Assemble food items, soft-serve ice cream treats, and beverages.
• Food Sales & Cash Handling: Take Customer orders, handle cash and digital transactions, process payments, and ensure precise change calculation.
• Customer Care: Greet guests warmly, accurately take orders, answer menu questions, and provide an exceptional dining experience.
• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain clean workstations, kitchen equipment, and customer areas, following strict food safety and sanitation standards.
• Speed of Service: Manage time effectively during peak rush hours to keep drive-thru and counter wait times low.
• Teamwork: Assist fellow crew members across kitchen, front-counter, and drive-thru stations to maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of fast-food experience required.
• Point of Sale: Familiarity with POS register systems and basic math competency for accurate cash handling.
• Food Safety: Knowledge of standard food handling protocols and health guidelines.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, ability to multitask in a high-energy environment, exceptional time management, and a guest-focused attitude

Schedule

• Flexibility to work various shifts (mornings, daytime, evenings, weekends).
