We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Public Adjuster in New Jersey to join our team.

This is a field-based position for someone who is comfortable meeting property owners, inspecting damaged properties, working with insurance carriers, and managing claims from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential and commercial properties throughout New Jersey
• Meet with property owners and sign new clients
• Inspect properties and document damages
• Attend insurance company inspections
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and other parties involved in the claim
• Review estimates, scopes, and insurance documentation
• Prepare and submit claim documentation as needed
• Negotiate claims directly with insurance carriers
• Manage the claim from initial client sign-up through settlement
• Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients throughout the claims process

Requirements

• MUST have an active New Jersey Public Adjuster License
• Property insurance claims experience strongly preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Comfortable meeting clients and working in the field
• Ability to independently manage a claim from beginning to end
• Professional, organized, reliable, and results-driven
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing and able to travel to properties throughout New Jersey

What We're Looking For

We want a motivated, hands-on Public Adjuster who knows how to work a claim, advocate for the policyholder, and deliver excellent client service. This is not strictly a desk position. You must be willing to get into the field, meet clients, inspect properties, attend inspections, and actively negotiate claims.

New Jersey Public Adjuster License is required.
