HVAC Technician

Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is hiring a 313A HVAC Technician for a client in Kitchener. Day shift.

Key Duties

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on HVAC and facility equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns, troubleshoot, repair, and complete root cause analysis.
• Assemble, disassemble, and modify mechanical equipment using drawings and instructions.
• Work safely across the facility, including at heights (up to 40 ft) and in temperature-controlled areas.
• Keep the maintenance shop clean, organized, and production-ready.

Requirements

• Valid 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic licence (Ontario).
• 2–5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work at heights using scissor lifts/ladders.
• 433A Millwright, 442A Electrician, or Gas tickets are assets.
• Reliable attendance with flexibility for weekends as needed.
