Millwright - Afternoon or Night shift

Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is hiring Industrial Millwrights (433A) for a client in Kitchener. Fourth-year apprentices welcome to apply.

Key Duties

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, installs, and modifications on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues, complete root cause analysis, and update maintenance records and drawings.
• Work safely, including at heights (up to 40 ft) using scissor lifts and ladders.
• Use machining tools (lathes, mills, grinders) and perform MIG/TIG welding as needed.

Requirements

• Valid 433A Industrial Millwright licence (or 4th-year apprentice).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to meet role demands.
• Food plant maintenance experience, 5+ years' experience, and welding/machining skills are assets.
