StretchMed® Napa is searching for a highly motivated and capable individual to join our fast-growing team as a full-time Studio Manager for our brand-new flagship corporate location. This newly constructed studio, conveniently located at Bel Aire Plaza presents an exciting opportunity for rapid growth and development. Who We Are

StretchMed® is a 1-on-1 assisted stretching model that comes out of the fitness space. Our purpose is to eliminate chronic pain, increase mobility, rejuvenate, and help you move well! Our proprietary stretch protocols were developed from over 50+ years of hands-on experience working with clients in fitness.

StretchMed® Certified Stretch Therapists (CST™) use a combination of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and static stretching techniques in 1-on-1 stretch sessions anywhere from 1 to 2 times a week, depending on the needs and goals of our clients. All stretch appointments end with percussion therapy, to accelerate and enhance tissue repair by maximizing blood flow and muscle relaxation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Stretch Therapy - Performs stretch therapy and leads a team of therapists to ensure consistent, high-quality care & service. Oversees client satisfaction & retention.
• Operations - Assumes total responsibility to oversee and ensure the studio is operating effectively, according to company policy & protocol and local franchise owner standards.
• People Leadership & Management - Direct, develop, recruit, train, and manage studio team members.
• Sales Success - Drives sales performance. Fully accountable for individual, team members, and studio results.
• Marketing, Outreach, Social Media - Responsible for planning & executing pop-up events, building affiliate relationships, grassroots marketing, B2B outreach, coordinating with ad agencies, and creating social content.
• Admin & other - Duties may include but are not limited to; lead follow-up, ensuring studio cleanliness, scheduling clients/team members, leading team meetings, and attending company meetings. responding to client inquiries & issues, reviewing & completing reports, supplies & inventory, retail management, etc.

You will have complete management of the Napa location, overseeing all operations under the leadership and direction of the location owner. You will have full transparency of the studio P&L's and will receive a percentage of the profit once key metrics are hit.

Requirements

• Certification, license, or degree in exercise science related field
• Ability to learn fast and follow systems
• Ability to drive and coach service & sales performance
• Must be able to reliably commute to location
• Likes working with people and leading a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Capable of facilitating assisted stretching sessions, which requires manual dexterity and the strength to guide and support clients through stretches.

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• LOCATION: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Massage Therapy License, Personal Training Certification, Physical Therapy, Corrective Exercise, Sports Medicine Degree, Yoga Certification, Kinesiology / Exercise Science Degree (Preferred)
