Pacific Western Transportation is looking for an energetic Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, screen, and hire top talent in a high-volume recruitment environment. If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and managing multiple openings at once, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for multiple positions
• Review applications and identify qualified candidates quickly
• Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews
• Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases
• Coordinate hiring activities with managers and operational teams
• Prepare job postings and actively source candidates through various channels
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to hire
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources (or working towards)
• Experience in high-volume hiring environments preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Previous experience with UKG or JD Edwards considered an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
