The Sales Operations Coordinator provides high-level customer service and operational support throughout the sales and order cycle. The position responds to customer inquiries, prepares quotations, processes sales orders, coordinates supplier and delivery information, maintains accurate system records, and supports shipping, invoicing, and post-order follow-up.

Supply Chain
Warehouse
Service
Finance
Quality
Operations

This collaboration ensures customer commitments are accurate, orders progress efficiently, and issues are resolved promptly.

The incumbent may be assigned other and/or additional tasks on a one-time, occasional, or permanent basis for which they are qualified or can be reasonably trained, without any impact upon the employment relationship.
