Mobile Security Guard - Industrial Site - Nights - Sherwood Park

We are currently looking for mobile security personnel to manage the security of an industrial/construction site belonging to our clients. Position Details

• Type: Full Time
• Location: Sherwood Park
• Schedule: 4 nights on / 4 nights off
• Shift: Overnight
• Hours: 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM
• Pay Rate: $19.64/hour

Note: Successful candidates will be required to complete a drug and alcohol test prior to deployment.

Requirements

• Valid Security Guard License
• Valid First Aid / CPR certificate
• Class 5 licence with a clean abstract
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk and drive for extended periods of time
• Strong Communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to complete daily logs and write detailed reports
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Previous security experience would be an asset
• Basic Computer Skills

Duties include but not limited to:

• Control access at gates, manage access cards, and greet/screen visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols to maintain overall site safety and security.
• Ensure all entrants are properly documented and wearing required PPE.
• Complete paperwork and maintain accurate logs and records.
• Collaborate with on-site staff and management to support smooth operations and client updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Securiguard and our clients professionally.
• Accurately record and report incidents; communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
