Distribution Center Representative

NSK is a global manufacturer of ball and roller bearings, linear motion technology, automotive components and steering systems with both domestic and overseas manufacturing. Responsibilities

• Ready work orders and received verbal instructions for work assignments.

• Cycle counting.

• Fill and complete order receipts and assembled orders in shipping containers.

• Transport filled orders to and from shipping area.

• Stock shelves and keep stock clean and in sequence.

• Mark containers with identifying information.

• When required help assemble reworks and / or boxing, housing etc.

• Must be willing to complete First Aid training provided by company and follow first aid protocols when required.

• Occasionally work with the Customer Service group.

• Able to participate in ISO requirements.

• Understand Health and Safety requirements.

• Must be flexible to accommodate shift rotation when needed.

• Perform general cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications

• This job requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1 year of position-related experience.
• Proficiency with computers/technology required, SAP knowledge would be an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift at least 40lbs (repetitive lifting)

Pay & Hours

• Hourly wage of $20-24 CAD per hour
• Must be able to reliably commute Monday to Friday to Brampton office
• 8:30am to 5:00pm, 30-37.5 hours a week
