Job Title: Full-Time Sales Associate

Reports To: Store Manager

Salary: $18.25/hr + uncapped commission

Requirements: 32-40 hr/week availability

3. Interview Process: Our hiring process includes two interview stages. Qualified candidates will be invited to complete a brief initial interview, by phone or virtually. Those candidates that meet role requirements will then be asked to participate in an in-person store visit.
4. Background Check: As part of our hiring process, successful candidates will be required to participate in a background check, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

What You Will Accomplish:

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool.
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent.
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased advice.
• Consistently achieve all key business metrics.
• Offer a best-in-class customer experience.
• Participate in documented coaching conversations.
• Responsible for inventory management, including receiving, signing, and securing inventory.
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards.
• Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening and closing the kiosk.
• Complete all required training modules and tasks.
• Stay current on promotions, products, services, and policies.
• Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity.
• Manage cash, point-of-sale, and inventory systems.
• Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs.
• Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency.
• Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

• Available to work during mall hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset.
