AutoPlanet Brampton is currently seeking a BDC Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Brampton.

Here's what you'll deliver:

  • Communicate effectively by telephone and email (both inbound and outbound communication) to all customers and web leads promptly.
  • Correspond with clients and prospective clients by utilizing established dealership templates to communicate with customers by email and telephone.
  • Update information regarding all scheduled and confirmed appointments with the customers.
  • Deliver inquiries and messages intended for other Sales personnel and departments promptly.
  • Schedule, log, and confirm appointments with customers.
  • Accomplish all daily, weekly, and monthly goals as established by the Manager.
  • Streamline and update the CRM with information regarding all communication with customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training.
  • Study products and services to continually enhance ability to assist customers.
  • Acquire knowledge of pertinent dealership processes.
  • Perform outbound and marketing call campaigns.
  • Communicate with the Manager about any potential customers issues or problems.
  • Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
  • Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
  • Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years related dealership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a valid OMVIC license.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail will be required.
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a results oriented mindset to succeed.
  • Willing to work as a member of a team and interact with others in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected annual compensation): $45,000 - $60,000 per year (hourly earnings plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes hourly earnings and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
