Springbank Mechanical Systems Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized HVAC Junior Estimator to join our team in Mississauga. This role is ideal for someone with HVAC or mechanical industry knowledge who is looking to develop their estimating and project support experience.

The Junior Estimator will assist with preparing quotes, coordinating material orders, receiving and tracking equipment and materials, and maintaining accurate inventory. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with numbers, specifications, suppliers, and internal teams while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with HVAC and mechanical project quotes and estimates
• Review project requirements, equipment specifications, materials, and pricing
• Obtain pricing and availability from suppliers and vendors
• Place and coordinate material and equipment orders
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records of equipment and materials
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Assist senior estimators with projects and estimating-related tasks
• Maintain organized documentation and accurate project records

Qualifications

• Previous experience or education in HVAC, mechanical systems, construction, or a related field preferred
• Experience with estimating, quoting, purchasing, or material coordination is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and spreadsheets
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work on-site in Mississauga
