# Capacity Compliance Manager (Ontario) ## About the Role We are seeking a Capacity Compliance Manager to join our Ontario Operations team. This role provides support and ongoing leadership to the Ontario operations team, ensuring that all safety and compliance requirements are being followed. The successful candidate will act as a local ambassador for the company in Ontario, using strong relationship skills to manage issues involving independent contractors (ICs), drivers, and Ontario-based customers. ## Duties and Responsibilities - Lead the smooth rollout of standardized safety and compliance processes across Ontario - Conduct regular safety meetings for the Ontario regions - Coordinate appreciation events for ICs and customers based in Ontario - Manage IC onboarding and coordinate with third-party training providers as required - Maintain up-to-date IC records in the company's HR system and use it to recruit and retain ICs - Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal operations and for Quebec-based customers - Conduct due diligence on new customers, ensuring the onboarding process meets compliance requirements - Identify new customer opportunities using local relationships, working with the Sales team as needed - Manage facilities in Ontario, ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are in place - Act as the local representative with regulatory bodies in Ontario on Health and Safety matters - Work closely with the Quebec Operations Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
